A New Year is here and everyone is asking "How's the Market?"  Well, at least my experience for the last couple of weeks is "It's busy".  I've had lots of contacts from areas outside NC interested in relocating to our area.  In addition, I've had sellers interested in putting their properties on the market.  Any situation is what we make it.  I've decided to make it a GREAT market!  Anyone want to join me in making it happen?
